These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern every order you place through viceportrait.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We currently ship within the United States.

2. Our product

We create personalized art portraits in a neon Miami cel-shading style based on the photos you upload when ordering. You receive the finished portrait as a poster, a gallery-wrapped canvas, or a digital file, depending on the option you choose. Every portrait is a one-of-a-kind piece created specifically for you based on your selections (people, scene, name, size).

Portraits are artistic interpretations, not photorealistic reproductions. Facial features, clothing and background are redrawn in the style of the chosen scene. Minor differences from the original photo are part of the style and are not a defect. Colors on screens may differ slightly from the printed result.

3. Placing an order

Product listings on our site are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By clicking "Add to cart" and completing checkout, you submit an offer to purchase. You can review and correct all inputs before submitting. You will receive an automatic order confirmation by email; the contract is formed when we send that confirmation. We keep the order details on file and include these Terms with your confirmation email.

4. Your photos and inputs

For a great result we need well-lit, sharp photos where the people are clearly visible. By uploading photos you confirm that you are entitled to use them, that everyone pictured consents to having a portrait made, and that the photos do not infringe anyone's rights. We may decline an order and refund any payment if uploaded photos are unlawful, violent, sexual, otherwise offensive, or technically unsuitable for a portrait.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Where we are required to collect sales tax, it is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping within the United States is free. You can pay with the methods shown at checkout, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is due at checkout.

6. Production, shipping and delivery times

We begin creating your portrait once payment is received. Creating the artwork typically takes 1–2 business days. Posters and canvases are then printed by our production partner in the USA and shipped directly to you. Total delivery time is usually about 5 business days after payment and at most 10 business days. Digital portraits are delivered as a download link by email as soon as the artwork is finished; the link is valid for 30 days.

If your uploaded photos are clearly unsuitable, we will contact you by email. Delivery time is extended by the time it takes to receive suitable photos from you.

7. Personalized items – final sale

Because every portrait is custom-made from your photos and selections, personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund, except as described in Section 9 (damaged or defective items) or as required by applicable law. For digital portraits, production starts immediately after payment with your consent at checkout.

8. Satisfaction promise

If you're not happy with your portrait, email us at crew@viceportrait.com within 14 days of delivery. We review every case personally and will work with you on a solution. This promise is a voluntary courtesy and does not create a legal right to a refund of the purchase price.

9. Damaged or defective items

If your portrait arrives damaged, send us photos of the packaging and the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will send you a free replacement print. You do not need to return the damaged item. If a print is defective due to a production error, we will reprint it at no cost.

10. Title and risk of loss

Title to physical products passes to you upon delivery. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided.

11. License to use your portrait

Once paid in full, you receive a perpetual license to use your portrait for personal purposes – to display it, share it and give it as a gift. Commercial use, including selling reproductions, requires our prior written consent. We use your photos and portrait only to fulfill your order and will not use them for advertising or sample galleries without your explicit permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eaglesystems OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the US state in which you reside remain unaffected and apply to the extent they give you greater protection. Before starting any legal action, please contact us – most issues can be resolved quickly by email.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
