Shipping Policy
Free shipping across the US
We ship to all 50 states for free. No minimum order, no hidden fees: the price you see in the store is the price you pay.
How your portrait comes together
| 1. Artwork | After payment, we create your portrait from your photos. This usually takes 1ā2 business days. |

| 3. Shipping | Your portrait ships directly from the US print facility to your door. |
Delivery time
Posters and canvases are usually at your door 5 business days after payment, and no later than 10 business days. Digital portraits are emailed as a download link as soon as the artwork is finished, typically within 1ā2 business days. The download link is valid for 30 days.
If we have questions about your photos, we'll email you. Delivery time is then extended by the time it takes to receive your reply.
Carriers and packaging
Depending on size, orders ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx. Posters are shipped rolled in a sturdy tube; canvases ship in a box with corner protection. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package is on its way.
Shipping damage
If your portrait arrives damaged, email photos of the packaging and the damage to crew@viceportrait.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send you a free replacement print ā no need to return the damaged one.
Changing your shipping address
You can change the shipping address as long as your portrait hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. After shipping, the address can only be changed directly with the carrier via the tracking link, if the carrier offers that option.
