Can I still change my order?
Yes, as long as your portrait isn't in print yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and what you'd like to change.
Which photo works best?
Facing the camera, sharp, good light, whole face visible, no sunglasses. A regular phone photo is perfectly fine.
My package arrived damaged.
Send us photos of the packaging and the damage within 7 days β we'll ship you a free replacement, no return needed.
Can I return the portrait?
Every portrait is custom-made from your photo, so personalized items are final sale. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days β we look at every case personally.
